Shipping Policy and Pricing:

At www.CoverYourDash.com, you get FREE SHIPPING to any destination in the Lower 48 States!

A flat rate shipping charge of $16.99 applies to most shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, while a flat rate shipping charge of $34.99 applies to international orders.

If you want expedited shipments of products ordered, please call Toll Free 1-866-925-2595. On expedited shipments, the customer shall bear the full amount of freight incurred or postage costs, including, but not limited to, imposed duty tax (if any).

Time Required For Shipping:
Dashboard Covers are custom made when you order. We will normally ship the order by common carrier/ground within 7 working days. However, you should allow up to 10 to 15 business days for its arrival. Please add 2-4 additional days for embroidered products. For all other products, shipments from the Manufacturer or Distributor will take an average of 5 to 7 business days to arrive (depending on location and product).

Back Orders:
Some of our products are in high demand and there may be a short delay in shipping for those products. We will notify you when a product will be on back order for more than two weeks.

Returns:
Items may be returned during the first 30 days after shipment, for credit as follows:

You Must Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before Returning a Product.

A: Factory Defect or Error: Item must be returned by the customer within the first 30 days of invoice for full credit on the merchandise (minus freight charges), or customer may receive an original replacement shipment at no charge once item has been returned and received by the manufacturer.

B: Customer Ordering Error: This is subject to a 25% or $25.00 restocking fee (whichever is greater) plus all shipping charges incurred by CoverYourDash. We do not grant refunds on freight charges. Customer will be responsible for return shipping and return shipping charges. Merchandise returned must be in BRAND NEW condition. If you have used or installed the product, you may not be eligible for a refund or credit.

C: Customized products are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. A policy of NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE, and NO REFUND applies to customized products due to customer ordering errors.

D: Returns for Refunds: Subject to a 25% or $25.00 restocking fee (whichever is greater) and all shipping charges incurred by CoverYourDash. We do not grant refunds on freight charges. Customers will be responsible for return shipping and return shipping charges. Merchandise must be in NEW, RE-SALEABLE condition. If you have used or installed the product, you may not be eligible for a refund or credit.

E: Sale of closeout items is final. You can only return DEFECTIVE closeout items.

Return Procedure:
Call or Email www.CoverYourDash.com with the invoice number, part number, color, and the reason for the return to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Once you have received an R.A. number, you may return the product, in the original packaging, properly packaged. You should also obtain a tracking number from the carrier that you are using to return the item. After we have received and verified the product, you will receive credit according to our return policy.

Cancellations:
Our goal is to process and ship orders to you as quickly as possible. Once you have placed the order that has been received, reviewed and transferred to our shipping department, you may not cancel the order as it is probably already on its way to you.

Damage:
If your order arrives with obvious damage, you can refuse to accept it; the shipping company will return the merchandise to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement order immediately. If you discover the damage after you have accepted the delivery, simply call the shipper (usually UPS), and file a damage claim. They will reimburse you the value of the damaged merchandise.

Error in your order:
Our goal is to get every order correct, but occasionally, mistakes can happen. If you feel you have received the wrong merchandise, please email, fax or phone us with complete details; we will resolve the situation immediately.

Warranty Returns:
Defective items must be shipped with freight prepaid, and accompanied by either a completed manufacturer's warranty tag or one provided by www.CoverYourDash.com. You must ship the products in its original packaging, including packing and protective materials. If you did not ship the product with its original packaging, www.CoverYourDash.com reserves the right to deny you credit. Customers who return a product claiming that it is defective, and the same product is subsequently tested and verified by the manufacturer as non-defective, will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. Warranties, when accompanied by the proper RGA information, will not be assessed a handling charge. Warranty return goods authorizations are void 30 days after use.

Manufacturers Warranties:
All parts are covered only by the Manufacturer's Warranties and/or Guarantees. www.CoverYourDash.com assumes no responsibility for the use or application of the product(s) by the user. www.CoverYourDash.com is not liable for any labor, incidental, or any other associated costs related to the installation of product(s).

All warranties on the products sold hereby are those made by the manufacturer. The seller, www.CoverYourDash.com, hereby disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of said products. Manufacturers shall be the sole judges of all warranties. The customer shall bear all pertinent shipping costs and expenses for shipping back the product to the customer after the manufacturer returned it to www.CoverYourDash.com.

Legal Notices:
The owner/operator, www.CoverYourDash.com,of this public Internet website is not liable for the failure of any single electronic commerce transaction, or series of electronic commercial transaction authorization failures that one or more end users may experience upon accessing this web store over any public or private telecommunication system. Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall www.CoverYourDash.com be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the access or inability to access the web store. Similarly, www.CoverYourDash.com shall not be liable for failure of delivery of any product or service purchased through any public or private telecommunication system due to errors, omissions, interruptions, delays in operation, system congestion, insufficient bandwidth or any other failure of performance, whether or not caused by events in which www.CoverYourDash.com has reasonable control. State and Local Laws:
Seller is not responsible for any loss or damage related to the sale or installation of any product sold through this web store, or any other cost incurred in the replacement or repair of a defective item. Seller is not responsible for buyer's adherence to state and local laws. Check laws regarding installation and use of automotive products before purchasing.

We are not responsible for typographical errors or omissions related to copy, photography or applications. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
